Training sessions in home, outdoors, and in the gym.  Sessions include options such as:

**Nutrition tracking & monitoring

**Small Group Training (2 or more participants)


**INTRODUCTORY PACKAGE (First time clients only) 4 sessions for $150**


Training Packages


Individual/ One on one training(All sessions are one hour)


Running Programming (Race specific or to add structure to your running program) 

  • Daily running program: Includes access to coach through email, weekly updates and check ins. 
  • Daily running program PLUS weekly training sessions: Includes above plus one weekly training session one on one with coach, weekly structured functional training schedule. 


Small group Training; 2+ persons (All sessions are one hour)


Virtual Training; 1+ persons (All sessions are one hour)
