I was reading a magazine and came across this short tidbit of information.  Thought it was a very important point that I often bring up to all clients, so I thought I would share it.  

 

"A workout a day keeps the pounds away.  According to a new study at the University of Colorado, you're more likely to ain back the weight you lost on a diet if your rest on your, laurels and don't exercise.  However, doing cardio while dieting and after you've hit your goal could boost your odds of staying slim.  'Working out regularly triggers the body to burn more fat during the day,' sas study author Paul MacLean, Ph.D. ' Meanwhile your body holds onto the carbs for use later in the day, lowering your drive to eat more than you really need.' "

 

So true and a great iece to hold on to, especially when you need a boost of motiavation.
