Do What You Love! Part:2

Back in early February of this year, I mentioned a client I have had for months who is adimant that she hates working out and coming to the gym, despit her results & positive changes.  So we did the experiment, I had her make the lists of favorites exercises, favorite foods she misses, and most hated exercises.  I took this information and used it to devise workouts that are more focused on those likeable activities, in order to increase motivation.  I also took the foods on the list and calculated the estimated calorie count per serving.  This allows her to have some of the food she misses, but also allows her to be aware of the amound of calories/sugar/fats she is taking in.  She may take a second look when she realizes what she is eating.  

It has helped me to cater her workouts to what wil help keep her motivated and progressing towards her goal.  The results are there and prevelant but keeping the client going is the hardest part.
