Working Out Friday to the Max

Since it is the end of the week, I thought I would relay a killer workout that will keep you moving and engaged.  The key is to switch it up.  I am a firm believer in interval & circuit training to avoid hitting the wall of boredom.  It hurts!  Give it a go and leave your time in the comments! 

50 squats

50 situps

50 lunges

50 push ups

50 pull ups (can modify by doing kipping or jumping pull ups)

50 calorie row

50 burpees

50 wall balls
