Do What You Love!

I have a client who I have been training for the past 5 months or so.  She has had GREAT results, lost over 40 lbs, and has become so self confident and proud of herself.  It is amazing!  She came to me the other day and said "I hate working out.  I hate exercising."  After 5 months and so much progress, she still says she hates it.  THIS is the hardest thing to overcome.  

What I did was have her write down her favorite exercises, favorite foods, and top 5 most hated exercises.  The objective was to get a better idea of the things and foods that make her happy, so I could incorporate them more into our planning.  The results?  Well, we will revisit in a few weeks and see.
