No Excuses 2011

Well, it's here.  2011 is here and I hope everyone had a 2010 with some memorable events and milestones.  This year should be the year you follow through on one thing that you have wanted to accomplish but haven't yet begun to tackle.  It is time to buckle down on ONE goal and hit it.  People often try to overdo it and end up pushing themselves to not get anything accomplished.  It can lead to frustration and negative results.  

Let's say you want to get into the gym 6 days a week.  Awesome!  You can do it!  My advice is to hold yourself to a smaller, easier to reach goal like 3 days.  Under promise, over deliver.  It will help you get motivated and push you towards those 6 days per week.  If you have been off the gym circuit for a while, you want to make sure you don't overwhelm yourself, causing more harm then good. 

So push to find that one thing you will and can get done.  Plan it.  Do it.  No excuses for 2011!!
