Everyone has a different feeling towards Mondays, but I guess it also depends on the weekend that has preceded it.  There are things you can do to help alleviate some of the possible pain of confronting Mondays.  And no, calling in sick is not one of them.  Even after the roughest weekend, Monday still has hope!  

Switch up your workout time.  Add in a new path for your run.  Treat yourself to a healthy hearty breakfast.  Have lunch with a friend.  Anything you can do to make it unique, will help Monday become a day of enjoyment, not a day uneventful dread.
