It is almost time, it is the week of taking it eeeeeaasssyyy.  You have no idea how difficult it is NOT to go heavy on every lift! Ugh!  Anyway, after my session yesterday, I am working on speed stuff for the first half of the week.  Speed benches, initial press from the bottom position, speed on the squat ascent, squat holds out at the bottom, 1/4 Deadlift pulls, and speed DL pulls.  All lighter weight (about 60% of 1RM) and ll just to keep the weight moving and focus on my weak points.  You can’t get any better without improving those things in which you are weakest.
