My Weak Spot….The Bench

So my Achilles heal of my 3 lifts has been the bench press.  I always have the feeling that the upper body is weak, that it will never be up to the level of my lower body, and that it will take a lot of hard work.  On my quest to get the weight up and increase my total points, I have been scouring the Internet for good articles and new ideas for training.  Well, here is one of those good ones that I highly recommend you read and try out.  Board pressing is extremely helpful in pinpointing areas of the bench that may be lacking for you.
