Today was the day I saw where I am in my squat and deadlift, in order to prepare for Saturday’s meet.  I must say, things are looking up, it is just a matter of getting mentally comfortable under the weight.  So as of today, here are my goals…

Previous bench 127.7, goal bench 150

previous squat 231, goal 240

previous deadlift 270, goal 290

All weight feels good, doable, and realistic for the timeframe I had.  What to work on now….SPEED!
