To Supplement or Not To Supplement, That is the Question

I’ve always advocated taking the natural route, eating healthily, and not putting any weird chemical concoction into your body to try and bulk up!  Well, 2010 I have decided to do something out of the ordinary, something completely out of my realm.  I am going to try some different supplements in order to get a firsthand testimonial that I can give to clients and fellow work-out-aholics. 

Last week I tried No Explode by BSN.  Verdict?  Followed the directions, ate a meal and waited about 15 minutes.  Drank the powder in come water, waited about 15 minutes, and began my workout.  The result was nothing different then my usual workouts.  No explosive energy, no feeling of longevity and better endurance.  I give it a 3 on a scale from 1-10.  If anything, I may have had a psychological influence, but not enough to take it everyday. 

Today I tried a sample that was given to me of Black Powder.  I’m not sure of the manufacturer.  Verdict?  Loved it!  Ate, drank it about 20 minutes after, started workout 15 minutes after and within 15 mins I felt a feeling of power!  I was able to gt through mmy scheduled workout with ease and still have energy leftover for a GREAT cardio session.  No fatigue, no upset stomach, no come down stage.  I give this an 8 on a scale of 1-10. 

I will share any new finds in the next coming months and try to test as many as I can in order to give an unbiased, honest opinion.
