If you’re like many people you get bored after 10 minutes on any cardio machine.  Well, I am one of those people for sure!  The solution?  Intervals!  Bored of running on the treadmill for 30 minutes, then change it up with minute sprints followed by a minute rest for 20 minutes.  Bored on the bike?  Throw in sprints mixed with high resistance segments.  There are lots of ways you can change up your cardio and STILL benefiting for increases in endurance and heart health.  So next time you hop on the treadmill, bust out with a sprint/rest session.  You’ll feel the burn for sure and in half the time!
