First Day of Feeling the Consequences

So after my 2 week “break”, today was the day I felt the repercussions of my actions and it was not so good.  Lesson learned?  Vacation, like I have said before, is not a time to vacation from your workouts.  Did some squatting with the chains, which isn’t necessarily adding some crazy weight, but instead is changing the distribution of the weight.  The challenging part is getting aggressive on the ascent in order to counteract the hanging weight.
