REST!  Everybody needs a rest day and today is mine.  Sunday is the perfect day to put down the weights, wake up a little past 8am, and maybe sneak in a leisurely walk.  Yes, no matter where you are in your training or what your goals are, you need to relax at least once a week to recover. 

Lack of recovery means lack of progress….TRUST ME!
