Short breaks can be momentum killers

After a long weekend and two days of dumbed down workouts, my body was in recovery mode today.   After 3 or so weeks on a schedule to increase my squat & dead lift weights, the break I found was NOT what my body needed.  It was like pushing a puppy to play fetch when they are too tired to get up.  The only thing to come out of that is frustration.  The key: Don’t let it linger into the next day, recover and move on.  That’s what I will be doing tomorrow. 

Tomorrow we make up for today with a 21 rep squat 175#
