Final Week

Time to step up the training to focus on getting my weights up….

Goal: Deadlift 300#, Squat 250#

Current: Deadlift 275#, Squat 225#

After squatting 175# today for 21 reps, my legs were feeling like crying (I think they may have). Now we jump into lower rep sessions and get the weights up so by the time December 12th comes around, I’m PRing in both!  It WILL happen.  Here are the details, come watch and cheer me on!

DATE & TIME: Saturday December 12, 2009, 9:00 AM

LOCATION: Super Training Gym, 2010 Third St, Sacramento, CA 95818

Due to my weight class, I will most likely be going on around 11 or so, but I’m not sure.  Come cheer and be ROWDY!!  There will be major celebrating after (including beers!).
