Menu is looking good….

It is helpful to log your food, I swear!  Any good/bad you are accountable for and can’t fool yourself if you HAVE to write/type/blog it somewhere for all to see. 

7am: oatmeal & Banana (workout was at 8am)

10am: coffee w/ soy milk & sugarfree caramel

11am: head of romaine, tomato, 1 tortilla, light ranch

2pm: ostrich jerky

4pm: coffee w/ 2% milk & sf caramel

6pm: cucumber

8pm: 2 cans tuna, pickles, light ranch
